  • As a way of adding up to my earlier publication on writing a winning business proposal, I have decided to point out some solid tips that will be of tremendous help to anyone trying to attract investors with his proposal. The simple approach to writing a business proposal or any other proposal is making it simple and keeps it free of jargon. Invest a good time into eliminating grammatical error and any form of typographical errors. When we talk about something being presentable, it should be next to none.

Make Your Proposal Easy For Them To Say Yes: Many promising businesses have been terminated prematurely because of the way they were proposed to the prospective investors. They were made to look so complicated and sounded like a very hard business to invest in. not minding how lucrative your proposal might be, if the prospective investor finds it too complicated or sounds like more work to do, he or she may decide not to venture into it. The only way out of this is making your proposal very simple and easy to understand even without much explanation from your side.
Show Your Investors Where Money Is To Be Made: Have you ever seen any multinational companies hosting a program where they don’t stand to gain anything in return? Be informed today that before any investor can even call you to a table for any discussion at all, they must have seen where they will gain tremendously.  More than any other thing, an investor desires to invest in a winning investment and also want to deal with companies or individuals with a full capacity to deliver.
The truth of the matter is, everybody wants to win and that does not exclude you. When you are writing any business proposal, always ensure you logically point out areas where the money is, in the business and how much they stand to gain by buying into it. Get your marketing statistics right, your sales conversion accurate and ensure you use these as a rock solid foundation upon which your reason for such profit on the business is built.

Never Misrepresent A Sense Of Urgency For Desperation: This aspect of business proposal must be presented with utmost care as it can make or mar everything about the proposal. When you are writing a business proposal, you must try as much as you can to be polite when trying to give your potential investors reasons why they should act fast.
Make them understand that their timely response will go a long way in making the targeted goals set in the proposal to be achieved in a record time and gives the company an edge over other competitors in the market. Don’t also forget to include that if you fail to hear from them soon enough, you might have to move ahead and look for another company who will be ready to work with you on the business.
Kindly share this for the benefit of others and don't forget to like and comment with your own tips too.
    Thanks.
