Samples Of Attested Documents At The Ministry Of Education, Foreign Affairs And UAE Embassy, Nigeria.

Many people are just hearing the word attestation while some who have heard it do not really know how exactly it is done or what it is used for. If you want to know what attestation means, take a minute to read a detailed article written on it here.

I am putting up few of the past attestation completed for clients within and outside the country recently as a way to keep those who might be in need of it informed. Many people suffered from wrong people who presented themselves as agents but eventually did fake attestation for them. Many of these fake jobs were returned only after the clients had reached United Arab Emirates where they wanted to make use of these attested certificates...so painful right?

Below are the attested certificates that show the 

Seal and Signature from The Ministry of Education,

Seal with Signature from The UAE Embassy ...All in Abuja, Nigeria.

From the document above, the UAE stamp and signature is the one in the middle of the document and towards the base of the document we can see the Ministry of foreign affairs' seal with signature on both right and left hand side.

You should also note that UAE Embassy usually place their stamps and signature at the back of the documents....mostly the photocopy unless you want it done on your original documents. (You must provide the original documents though for confirmation before they work on the photocopies)

It is only at the Ministry of Education where they place a seal on your original certificate and sign at the back of the original document (If your certificate/result is laminated, make sure you remove little part from the back where they will place the seal and append the signature.)

Apart from the original certificate/result, the ministry of education will equally place their seal and append signature on two (2) photocopies of each original certificate/result you are attesting.

It is one of these two (2) photocopies, you will present at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their seal and signature.

When you are done at the ministry of foreign affairs with the attestation, you will proceed to the UAE Embassy at Maitama, Abuja where you will submit the same photocopy which has already carried the attestation from the ministry of education and foreign affairs for UAE embassy stamp and signature.
